As much as it kills me to cut the boys hair for the first time ( it's like the beginning of the end of their babyhood!) it has to be done. And as you can see this poor baby needed a cut badly! Here are the before and after pics. He did great sitting still as long as there was a cookie in his mouth :)

wow, great job on the hair cut! how'd you do it, just scissors? I've still yet to figure out a decent cut for Lily....She's got a mullet (the one i had as a baby) but i can't bring myself to cut it because it doesn't seem to grow terribly fast, and i'm not sure what would look best for her!
The comb over look and ear hairs are gone but he's always gonna be your baby even though he looks like a little boy now. Good job and happy no needed trip to urgent care due to a slip of the scissors!
